When I have time in the morning, I love to preparea huge breakfast, with fruits, french toast, pancakes and croissants! So that’s what happened today…
I made some delicious pancakes, it’s really easy to do, you just need
- 3 large eggs
- 115 g flour
- 1 heaped teaspoon baking powder
- 140 ml milk
- 1 pinch salt
First separate the eggs, putting the whites into one bowl and the yolks in another. Add the flour, baking powder and milk to the yolks and mix. Then, whisk the whites with the salt until they form peaks and fold then in the other bowl.
Heat a pan on a medium heat with a little bit of oil and pour some of your batter into the pan. Fry for a couple of minutes until it start to look golden.
I love eating my pancakes with fruits and I had the idea to heat my fruits to make stewed. So I took some fig, blueberries and strawberries cut them and pace them in a pan with some water and brown sugar.
I let it heat for a couple of minutes until it’s « caramélisé » and then it’s readyyyy! I made the same thing with some bananas and pears and it’s delicious!
I hope you enjoyed this cooking post, I will see you very soon, I have some amazing projects and I cannot wait to share it with you! Love, XOXO
