Looking for a healthy recipe with summer flavor? Here it is! I love pasta because it is super easy, quick and .. of course delicious! But isn’t it better to do it with fresh vegetables? For that you’ll need:
- one box of tagliatelle
- 2 carrots
- 1 zucchini
- one broccoli florets
- some small tomatoes.
- olive oil
Start by cooking the pasta as directed on the box, I always put some salt and olive oil on the boiling water
Add the carrots and the zucchini, let it fry for until it start to soften.
When your vegetables are all cooked, you can add the brocoli forest and let it heat with steam for a 5-10 minutes.
I think it’s a super great meal and so yummy! I really try to eat good things to always be in good health! Do it too! You’ll see you ‘ll feel so good!
